How to permanently delete your Arclog account and all associated data from our servers.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Arclog app. No need to contact us or send an email.

Open the Arclog app and log in to your account.

Go to your Profile tab and tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top right).

Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of Settings.

Tap Delete Account. A confirmation prompt will appear showing what will be deleted.

Tap Permanently Delete to confirm. A final confirmation dialog will appear to make sure this is what you want.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Permanently Deleted Data
  • Your profile information (username, display name, bio, avatar)
  • Your entire media library (all titles, progress, and status)
  • All your ratings and reviews
  • All your comments and discussion posts
  • All your likes and activity history
  • Your authentication credentials (email, password, or OAuth link)

Important Things to Know

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data, restore your library, or reactivate your account. You would need to create a brand new account to use Arclog again.

Deletion happens immediately. Your data is removed from our database right away with no delay or waiting period.

No retention period. Unlike some services that hold your data for 30 or 90 days after deletion, Arclog removes your data instantly when you confirm the deletion.

If you are unable to log in and need help deleting your account, you can contact us directly and we will process your request manually.
